Refunds are permitted within 30 days of receipt of your product. Items must be returned in the condition they were received to obtain a full refund.

Made-to-order or customized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless they were damaged prior to receipt.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Pink Paws Boutique error.

Returns showing signs of damage, wear or alteration will not be accepted.
